Copyright registration In September, 2008 the work was continued for state registration of copyright and agreements concerning copyright to work, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Neighboring Rights" of July 11, 2001 No.2627-III. In September 2008, 306 applications for copyright registration and 13 applications for registration of agreements concerning author’s right were filed; 326 decisions on copyright registration and 17 decisions on agreement registration were taken. Since the beginning of 2008 2474 registrations of copyright have been made and 145 decisions on registration of agreements concerning author's right for works have been issued.
