In April, 2008 the work was continued for state registration of copyright and agreements concerning copyright to work, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Neighboring Rights" of July 11, 2001 No.2627-III.

 

For the above period the Department received 373 applications for registration of copyright to work and 5 applications for registration of agreements concerning copyright to work, 233 registrations of copyright to work were effected and 5 decisions on registration of agreements concerning copyright to work were made.
