on Issues of Legal Software Distribution and Use

 

This system was built up under the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “On Building up Inquiry System within the State Department” No 4-r of January 8, 2003 and intended to make the public aware of managing software in the course of its distribution and use, as well as to improve efficiency of copyright laws’ enforcement.

 

When working on this system there was generated the information database on managing software and elaborated the list of issues on determining needs in software, its acquisition, registration, application and keeping records thereon to fill the system with information. It enables an on-line search of any information for inquiry answers to be made by some definite parameters.
