Cumulative Optical DVD "Marks for Goods and Services Registered in Ukraine"

 

The State Enterprise “Ukrainian Industrial Property Institute” issues the cumulative DVD “Marks for Goods and Services Registered in Ukraine” that includes information about all the registrations of marks for goods and services performed since January 1993 until the date of the latest registration completed.

 

This optical disk includes the following information about the registered marks for goods and services: bibliographic data, images of marks and the list of goods and services grouped by class according to the Nice Classification. Bibliographic data are presented in Ukrainian.

 

The disk has also a section “Publications” that contains the data published in the section “Notifications” of the official bulletin “Promyslova Vlasnist”, Book 2, namely: renewal of a certificate, termination of a certificate based on the applicant’s request etc.

 

During the installation of the cumulative DVD a primary database of marks for goods and services that can be updated by using the next DVD is formed on the user’s PC.

 

The DVD contains a powerful searching tool providing an opportunity to carry out the following kinds of search: subject, name, numerical, the Nice Classification classes and Vienna Classification categories.

 

The searching tool software enables the user to formulate the query appropriately, to carry out the search according to it, to view the found documents on the screen and to print out the selected documents.
